KANYAKUMARI BEACH

Kanyakumari Beach is in the southernmost tip of India, Cape Comorin Beach or Kanyakumari Beach is the place where tourists love to see Sangam (the confluence point) of the three seas - Bay of Bengal, Arabian Sea and Indian Ocean it is also a lagoon where steps lead you into the waters to bathe at once, all merging into blue waters of a huge water body surrounding this important pilgrim center on three sides.Beach of Kanyakumari has a breathtaking sight with multi-colored sand lapped by the outreaching ocean waves. You may not find the golden sand to laze around while you sunbathe, but the beauty of colorful sands all over has their own aesthetic appeal. The alluring sunrises and enchanting sunsets of the place, especially on full moon days, are enough to cherish a person to live here forever. The awesome multi-colored sands of this beach are unique, though the beach is not exactly the one to sunbathe on soft golden sands or go frolicking in the sea waves as the seashore is rocky and dangerous and people are regularly warned not to venture further than the manmade wall running along the beach to mark the limits. However, the Lighthouse Beach offers some of the most delightful views of the surroundings.
